You retain full ownership of any content you create using our service. By using Asyncat, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Free tier is available with limited features at no charge
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asyncat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
